Shelley properties face specific mold challenges driven by the local climate. Our crews understand those conditions, which means faster accurate assessments and remediation that addresses the actual cause — not just the visible symptom.
Whether you're a Shelley homeowner dealing with a weekend mold discovery or a business operator who needs commercial remediation planned around your operating schedule, Acdc Appliance Repair has the crew and protocol to handle it.
Here's the full Shelley service lineup.
Every Shelley emergency call gets same-day response as the operational standard. We don't send a technician to "assess and schedule" — our crews arrive with everything needed to begin containment and remediation on the first visit.
HEPA air scrubbers, negative pressure containment, industrial dehumidifiers, antimicrobial supplies — Shelley emergency crews arrive with everything deployed on arrival. We stop the spread before it reaches unaffected areas.
We find every affected area in your Shelley home — including growth hidden inside walls, beneath flooring, in crawl spaces, and in attic spaces. We document everything before quoting anything.
After inspection, you receive a complete written itemized estimate for your Shelley project. The process follows IICRC S520 from containment setup through antimicrobial surface treatment and post-clearance air testing.
Commercial mold in a Shelley business creates liability exposure, regulatory risk, and operational disruption simultaneously. Acdc Appliance Repair plans every Shelley commercial project around your schedule — containing affected zones without shutting down what doesn't need to be stopped.
Post-remediation verification reports are provided on every Shelley commercial project — meeting insurance carrier, OSHA, and property management requirements. Call +1-877-369-4572 for a Shelley commercial site assessment.
If inspection finds no actionable issue in your Shelley property, we tell you that honestly. We don't manufacture work that isn't needed.
Written report delivered within 24 to 48 hours of the Shelley site visit. Call +1-877-369-4572 to schedule.
Attempting DIY removal in Shelley without containment is one of the most common ways a localized problem becomes a building-wide crisis. Our protocol prevents that.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Shelley property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Prevention services for Shelley properties include crawl space encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, dehumidification system design, ventilation assessments, and structural moisture intrusion identification.
Our optional maintenance program for Shelley customers includes 30-day and 90-day follow-up air quality checks — documenting that the property remains clear after remediation closes.

I manage commercial properties in Shelley and I've dealt with enough remediation contractors to know the difference. Acdc Appliance Repair knows the protocol — contained the Shelley property, kept adjacent tenants operational, complete insurance documentation at close. They're the only company I call for Shelley commercial remediation now.
Called Acdc Appliance Repair for a Shelley crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.
