Whether you're a Cornelius homeowner dealing with a weekend mold discovery or a business operator who needs commercial remediation planned around your operating schedule, Acdc Appliance Repair has the crew and protocol to handle it.
Here's the full Cornelius service lineup.
Every Cornelius emergency call gets same-day response as the operational standard. We don't send a technician to "assess and schedule" — our crews arrive with everything needed to begin containment and remediation on the first visit.
HEPA air scrubbers, negative pressure containment, industrial dehumidifiers, antimicrobial supplies — Cornelius emergency crews arrive with everything deployed on arrival. We stop the spread before it reaches unaffected areas.
Cornelius homeowners finding mold in their home need three things immediately: a complete picture of the scope, a clear binding price, and fast professional action. Acdc Appliance Repair delivers all three — thermal imaging, air sampling, written estimate, and IICRC S520 protocol from the first inspection through final air clearance testing.
After inspection, you receive a complete written itemized estimate for your Cornelius project. The process follows IICRC S520 from containment setup through antimicrobial surface treatment and post-clearance air testing.
Commercial mold in a Cornelius business creates liability exposure, regulatory risk, and operational disruption simultaneously. Acdc Appliance Repair plans every Cornelius commercial project around your schedule — containing affected zones without shutting down what doesn't need to be stopped.
Post-remediation verification reports are provided on every Cornelius commercial project — meeting insurance carrier, OSHA, and property management requirements. Call +1-877-369-4572 for a Cornelius commercial site assessment.
If inspection finds no actionable issue in your Cornelius property, we tell you that honestly. We don't manufacture work that isn't needed.

Attempting DIY removal in Cornelius without containment is one of the most common ways a localized problem becomes a building-wide crisis. Our protocol prevents that.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Cornelius property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Remediation removes the active colony. Prevention keeps it from coming back — which in Cornelius's seasonal weather environment requires addressing the moisture source directly. We were buying a home in Cornelius and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Acdc Appliance Repair in a panic. They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in Cornelius.

Two years of musty smell in our Cornelius basement we kept blaming on old construction. Finally tested it — significant mold behind the drywall. Acdc Appliance Repair removed it, treated the framing, recommended dehumidification, did a 30-day follow-up test. Clean. Two years of guessing solved in one week.

Signs that warrant a professional Commercial Refrigeration Repair inspection in your Cornelius property: visible dark spotting on walls, ceilings, or floors; persistent musty odor in bathrooms, basements, or after water events; allergy-like symptoms among occupants that improve when leaving the building; past water damage not dried within 24 to 48 hours; relative humidity consistently above 60%. Any of these in your Cornelius home or business warrants a call to +1-877-369-4572. Early inspection is almost always less expensive than delayed remediation.
