Every Hines emergency call gets same-day response as the operational standard. We don't send a technician to "assess and schedule" — our crews arrive with everything needed to begin containment and remediation on the first visit.
HEPA air scrubbers, negative pressure containment, industrial dehumidifiers, antimicrobial supplies — Hines emergency crews arrive with everything deployed on arrival. We stop the spread before it reaches unaffected areas.
We find every affected area in your Hines home — including growth hidden inside walls, beneath flooring, in crawl spaces, and in attic spaces. We document everything before quoting anything.
After inspection, you receive a complete written itemized estimate for your Hines project. The process follows IICRC S520 from containment setup through antimicrobial surface treatment and post-clearance air testing.
We've worked in Hines area restaurants, medical facilities, retail spaces, warehouses, and multi-unit residential buildings. HVAC-distributed mold is assessed on every Hines commercial inspection as standard.
Large Hines commercial projects get a dedicated project manager, daily updates, and complete documentation for insurance carriers and regulatory bodies.
Not sure if your Hines property has an actionable mold problem? Our inspection delivers documented answers — calibrated air sampling through certified labs, thermal imaging, moisture mapping, and surface swabs to build a complete picture before any remediation is recommended.
Pre-sale mold inspections in Hines are among our most requested services — buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders need documented mold status before transactions close. Our reports meet both insurance submission and real estate disclosure requirements in Hines, OR.
Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Hines properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Hines black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Hines property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Prevention services for Hines properties include crawl space encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, dehumidification system design, ventilation assessments, and structural moisture intrusion identification.
Our optional maintenance program for Hines customers includes 30-day and 90-day follow-up air quality checks — documenting that the property remains clear after remediation closes.
