We earn these reviews by doing exactly what we said we'd do.
We were buying a home in Presidio and mold showed up on the inspection report two days before closing. I called Acdc Appliance Repair in a panic. They came out the next morning, knocked it out in 48 hours, and we had the clearance report in time for the lender. Deal closed. I've already recommended them to two friends in Presidio.
I manage commercial properties in Presidio and I've dealt with enough remediation contractors to know the difference. Acdc Appliance Repair knows the protocol — contained the Presidio property, kept adjacent tenants operational, complete insurance documentation at close. They're the only company I call for Presidio commercial remediation now.
Called Acdc Appliance Repair for a Presidio crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.

Signs that warrant a professional Storm Water Damage Restoration inspection in your Presidio property: visible dark spotting on walls, ceilings, or floors; persistent musty odor in bathrooms, basements, or after water events; allergy-like symptoms among occupants that improve when leaving the building; past water damage not dried within 24 to 48 hours; relative humidity consistently above 60%. Any of these in your Presidio home or business warrants a call to +1-877-369-4572. Early inspection is almost always less expensive than delayed remediation.
