Two years of musty smell in our Island City basement we kept blaming on old construction. Finally tested it — significant mold behind the drywall. Acdc Appliance Repair removed it, treated the framing, recommended dehumidification, did a 30-day follow-up test. Clean. Two years of guessing solved in one week.
