Every DuBois emergency call gets same-day response as the operational standard. We don't send a technician to "assess and schedule" — our crews arrive with everything needed to begin containment and remediation on the first visit.
HEPA air scrubbers, negative pressure containment, industrial dehumidifiers, antimicrobial supplies — DuBois emergency crews arrive with everything deployed on arrival. We stop the spread before it reaches unaffected areas.
DuBois homeowners finding mold in their home need three things immediately: a complete picture of the scope, a clear binding price, and fast professional action. Acdc Appliance Repair delivers all three — thermal imaging, air sampling, written estimate, and IICRC S520 protocol from the first inspection through final air clearance testing.
After inspection, you receive a complete written itemized estimate for your DuBois project. The process follows IICRC S520 from containment setup through antimicrobial surface treatment and post-clearance air testing.
We've worked in DuBois area restaurants, medical facilities, retail spaces, warehouses, and multi-unit residential buildings. HVAC-distributed mold is assessed on every DuBois commercial inspection as standard.

My DuBois restaurant was flagged for mold during a health inspection. Called Acdc Appliance Repair that morning. Crew on-site by noon, affected prep area contained without shutting down the full kitchen, clean clearance report before my reinspection. Saved us from a week-long closure. Called Acdc Appliance Repair for a DuBois crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.
