Signs that warrant a professional Water Extraction inspection in your Kihei property: visible dark spotting on walls, ceilings, or floors; persistent musty odor in bathrooms, basements, or after water events; allergy-like symptoms among occupants that improve when leaving the building; past water damage not dried within 24 to 48 hours; relative humidity consistently above 60%. Any of these in your Kihei home or business warrants a call to +1-877-369-4572. Early inspection is almost always less expensive than delayed remediation.
