Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Shively properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Shively black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Shively property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Remediation removes the active colony. Prevention keeps it from coming back — which in Shively's seasonal weather environment requires addressing the moisture source directly. Every Acdc Appliance Repair project in Shively includes moisture source identification and documented prevention recommendations as standard deliverables.
